  • Refunds require up to 30 business days for processing.

1. Non-Delivery of Product

If the delivery email was not received due to issues with your email provider or server, contact us immediately.

  • Claims must be submitted in writing to our Billing Department within 30 days of delivery date.

  • After 30 days, the service will be considered delivered.


2. Download or Access Issues

If you experience difficulties downloading or accessing digital services:

  • Claims must be submitted within 30 days to our Technical Support team.

  • Failure to report issues within this period will be considered acceptance of successful delivery.


3. Major Defects

Although our digital products/services are thoroughly tested, unexpected errors may occur.

If a defect is found:

  • Report it to our Technical Support Team.

  • We reserve 72 hours to fix the issue.

  • If we fail to resolve it within 72 hours, you will receive a full refund or a replacement product of equal value.

Note: Temporary access to your server or hosting may be required. Refusing access may delay or void the refund process.


4. Product Not-As-Described

If the delivered service does not match the description on the website:

  • A claim must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Evidence must clearly prove the mismatch.

  • Refunds will not be granted for misunderstandings, assumptions, or false expectations.
